But first. Our story:

We’re 3 trainers who met in Vancouver BC, working the floor of a bustling boutique studio, Movement108. The three of us connected on our obsession over kettlebells, movement patterns, and helping clients improve their strength and movement health. We saw over 100,000 visits in the studio together with countless hours individually spent teaching workshops, coaching group classes and 1-1 training sessions.

Along the way we took courses to keep up with yearly CEC requirements for different certifying bodies. While we learnt some lessons, we were quickly disillusioned with the industry's lack of consistency and accountability when it came to quality assurance of the continuing educational process. We would return from weekend experiences having spent up to a 1000 dollars with a few new ‘tricks’ but no foundational knowledge that helped us coach better or help our diverse set of clients right away.

At the same time, the studio was growing. We created this course originally back in 2017 for internal staff. The quality of the course enabled our core trainers to help the studio continue growing. Witnessing this made it so obvious that we wanted to work with trainers and studio owners outside of our walls. In 2018, the first public course was offered, by 2020 we’d helped over 60 local trainers, physiotherapists, yoga instructors, pilates teachers and kettlebell enthusiasts earn CEC’s and understand the human body, appropriate loading techniques, and regressions and progression based thinking.

Today, the 357 is our effort to make your educational experience matter. Helping coaches and trainers improve their coaching practice and develop logic that lasts a lifetime. While this course provides yearly CEC’s, it’s so much more than that. It’s the culmination of over 25 years of industry experience. It's 3 friends who love nerding out on the human body. It’s a course focused on delivering that lifelong logic in the most accessible learning environment possible. We’re excited to invite you to learn alongside us with the 357!
