Keighty Gallagher

I want to share with you how groundbreaking the course was for me and my team. I completely tore apart my class programming and launched our new classes about a month ago. I'm so proud of them now because they're actually so much more functional than before. I'm going to be making your course mandatory for all my instructors now!

Aiden W.

Something can be learned by everyone who takes this course. Whether it be programming, progressing/regressing exercises, learning how to move, etc. I am a firm believer that after taking this course, a person will have a better understanding of movement and movement sequencing.
